representation task; identification of stereotypes in teen films.
identifying stereotypes in teen films a stereotype is a common and generally understood idea or ides that are often exaggerated to give a representation of curtain characteristics/qualities in people, characters, and groups. these are some of the examples you would see in an ordinary teen film; the jock; the jock would usually be the sporty young boy with a built body and would have a baseball jacket or a jersey. he would be the one the girls would usually dream of dating. this is how film makers would introduce tis kind of stereotypical character in their film.
