The audiences for teen films are usually teens which is pretty obvious but there are many different catogories that teenage fit into for example the nerds,jocks,outsiders,goths and leaders,teen films normally apply to teens between the ages 13-19.Adults are also part of the audience for teen films even though they were teens a while ago they feel like they can relate as they enjoyed the same things that teens in these films do. in our film teen film we tried to cover as many target audiences as possible we did this by firstly creating a characterthat we though that would be suitable so we created a number who is prone to making mistakes and who is very clupmsy which we knew would attractive a comdedy loving audience,aslo our main character is seen as an outsider so we made him have the skill to skatebaord which in teen films is seen as a less popular thing to do.This appealed to another audience'outsiders and skateboarders as they felt they could relate to our characters life.another auidence our film can attract is males as our main 2 characters are male and also are film contains alot of tense action scenes which appeal to the main audience.furthermore the fac that our film includes romance helps to capture a female audience as they stereotypically like a good love film. this would be a typical profile for someone who would be a fan of the 'the trip'
