In our last bit of editing we had almost finished the whole opening scene however there were still bits and bobs that we needed to fix and we still had to decide as a group where we wanted our titles. The first thing we did was adjust the exposure of the shots, especially where our main character sees the perfect girl because it was not bright enough but in the end it came out right. We also agreed that in some shots we would blur the sides as we felt this would increase the focus to where we wanted it and would help make our shots look a bit more professional. After doing this we decided where our titles would go, this was very easy because most of our shots had spaces in the frame where the titles fitted perfectly. We also came to a decision that when the title of the film would be introduced that we would freeze frame a shot of our character about to fall over (on purpose), we thought this effect would be really good as it clearly shows the name of our film. We also added our music in and made sure it fitted properly, however we did change our music due to some issues we found with it but that will be explained in a separate post.
